Our custom badges are 3X3-inch Polyurethane Design- lightweight, durable, and some are fully customizable with your badge number and name. Unlike the original badges that often change color, flake, peel, scuff, scratch, or fade, our badges maintain their shape and vibrancy because the Design, is Incased inside of the Ployurethane! While they are built to last, it’s best cared for to avoid surface impact—nothing in this world is impervious to scratches.

"Please note that from the moment your order is placed, our process includes design customization, production, polyurethane application, and required set and cure times. To ensure the highest quality, we ask that you allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks from order placement to local pickup. This timeframe ensures your custom badge is fully cured and ready for you."

Order Eligibility & Pickup Policy

Please review our policies to ensure you are eligible to order:

  1. Policy Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to these policies. Non-compliance will result in order denial or cancellation.

  2. Restricted Access: To prevent conflict of interest and protect internal branding, no external or non-MTA personnel orders are permitted. This product is designed solely for internal recognition and use by MTA bus operators.

  3. Local Pickup Only: All badge orders are for local pickup at designated MTA depot locations. We do not ship badges to ensure exclusive distribution to MTA staff only.

  4. Eligibility: Custom badge orders are strictly limited to active employees or Retirees of MTA New York City Transit. Orders will require verification (e.g., badge number, BSC ID# or employee ID) before confirmation.

  5. Verification at Pickup: Upon pickup, individuals must show valid MTA identification to confirm eligibility. No badge will be released without proper ID confirmation....AND THAT MEANS NONE!!!!.....NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, SO DON'T TRY IT!

  6. Conduct & Safety: Customers must adhere to depot rules and respect the safety of staff and facilities during pickup. Any inappropriate conduct may result in order cancellation and potential restriction from future orders.
