1. Policy Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to these policies. Non-compliance will result in order denial or cancellation.

2. Restricted Access: To prevent conflict of interest and protect internal branding, no external or non-MTA personnel orders are permitted. This product is designed solely for internal recognition and use by MTA bus operators.

3. Local Pickup Only: All badge orders are for local pickup at designated MTA depot locations. We do not ship badges to ensure exclusive distribution to MTA staff only.

4. Eligibility: Custom badge orders are strictly limited to active employees of MTA New York City Transit. Orders will require verification (e.g., badge number or employee ID) before confirmation.

5. Verification at Pickup: Upon pickup, individuals must show valid MTA identification to confirm eligibility. No badge will be released without proper ID confirmation.

6. Conduct & Safety: Customers must adhere to depot rules and respect the safety of staff and facilities during pickup. Any inappropriate conduct may result in order cancellation and potential restriction from future orders.
