Each badge is custom-made using the official badge number and name information provided with your order. Please carefully review all customization details before submitting payment. Your official badge number must be entered correctly, and any name requested on the badge must be spelled exactly as it should appear.

Because each badge is individually customized, changes, corrections, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted once production begins. All customized sales are final.

Pickup and Contact Information

East New York Depot is the designated pickup location. Standard shipping is not provided. You will be contacted when your badge is ready, so please provide a valid:

• Full name

• Official badge number

• Phone number

• Email address

• Current mailing address

Your contact and address information will be kept on file as a backup so your order can be verified and you can be reached regarding pickup. In the event that pickup cannot be completed and repeated contact attempts are unsuccessful, shipping may be considered as a last-resort delivery option. Any additional shipping arrangements or charges must be approved before the badge is mailed.

Before placing your order, double-check every number, letter, and spelling. The information submitted with your order will be used exactly as entered.
